For years, I dreamt of the day I achieved the American Dream.
I came to the U.S. with my parents when I was just fifteen years old.
Spoke very little English, and knew nothing of how to navigate the Educational System, the financial system or anything in the U.S. My parents, like most immigrants did not know either. Afraid to ask due to shame we navigated our first few years as best we could. Translating things for each other, guessing, failing and even reading books and asking neighbors. As I retired from serving the immigrant community as a Paralegal, Case Manager and General Manager I thought I had achieved the American Dream. However, my dream was even more than that... When I closed my eyes and looked forward to my new chapter, I wanted to be that friend I had helping me with college applications, with figuring out how to apply for a credit card. I wanted to do what I had done all along but to reach every family that was new to the U.S. just like mine.

Willy possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Business Data Analytics and multiple certifications randing from AI for business models to software engineering and data management.

Our Co-Founder and Management and Security Specialist offers insight on the operational day to day operations. Focused on Security Logistics and with an extensive background in public safety, Jonathan provides our clients with multi-faceted management experience, efficient planning and successful project tactics. Jonathan is a Certified Business Management Specialist.
